CLARK

Scaling product design at Europe's leading insurtech

CLARK is one of Europe's leading insurtech scale-ups, backed by Tencent, White Star Capital, and Finleap.

As SVP of Product Design, I built a team of 7+ designers and researchers, partnered with the CPO and VP Product to define product strategy for hypergrowth (200 → 400+ employees, 500k → 2M+ customers), and led a full product redesign that positioned CLARK as a UX leader in the insurtech/fintech space.

Native Instruments

From unboxing to first beat in 2 minutes

Maschine+ is a standalone music production device by Native Instruments, designed for creating beats without a computer.

Maschine+ onboarding suffered from high friction. We defined 'time to first beat' as the north star KPI and rethought the entire first-time experience. By introducing a QR-based mobile login flow, users could authenticate and register their device instantly on their phone, removing setup complexity and reducing onboarding time by 500%.

sevdesk is Germany's leading accounting software for small businesses, serving over 150,000 customers.

As VP of Product & Brand Design at sevdesk, I led a comprehensive redesign of the brand and product experience, establishing sevdesk as a recognized UX leader in the accounting software category.

Zeit für Brot

Building a category-defining bakery brand

Zeit für Brot is one of Germany's most iconic premium artisan bakery brands.

Together with Jasper Grote, I designed the Zeit für Brot brand from the ground up, launching with their first store in 2009. The ambition was to create a simple, iconic system that could scale across interiors, signage, packaging, and everyday products.
